remedies for insomina

remedies for insomnia
noticed a few of my frens n i had insomnia, some serious, some mild.
found some ways to share.
1. unwind slowly . must really relax. don't think of work or anything that is bothering u.
2. choya or some red wine. some go for milk but i'm lactose intolerance so that wont work for me.
3. talk to someone until you are tired
4. watch some tv, or movies, or anime
5. read a book , or paper
6. surf the net and read some crap
7. exericse but of cos not b4 bed
