Photography tips

Had tot of just gathering the works and things shared in my photography club.
There's diff levels of photographer but i do luv all their works.
Nice...
BTW, the tool we are using is GIMP. Its free but will cock up sometimes.

More model shoots can be view at:
Mic's Album selected
Mic's Album overall
Trevor's album

Not only these..Michael also shared with us some wedding photos (luv it)

I just simply luv B&W photos and this is what a member in the club suggested.
I'll try out later. THanks to Michael again.
Here is how you can do it in GIMP:

1. Open your colour photo.
2. Create duplicate layer.
3. With mouse over photo, right click -> Filters -> Colors -> Channel Mixer.
4. Ensure Monotone is checked.
5. Ensure Preserve Luminosity is checked.
6. Slide the three sliders around to get the effect you want.
7. IMP: Ensure that the total of the three values adds up to roughly 100.

And i came across this set of Spain fotos.I wonder when I can even take such photos.
Its lovely. Spain is so nice..i also want to go.
