Ouch!

Guess what kind of injuries i suffered today?
Cuts?twisted ankle??tensed neck??knee?
yes..knee again but its both knees this time.
Went for D-class and I'd bruises on both of my knees.
Ouch!!it certainly hurts like hell.
How i did it? whaah..just fall on the floor and u'll get this.

Ok..here's my left knee

Hope i recover soon..its scary & painful.

MS CHEN!!!! how the heck did u manage to fall till like that?~~!?! aiyohh....got put tiger balm or whatever it is ur supposed to do to these things?! wear long pants next time!! or u can use the pads that skaters use when u go class next time :D :D :D

LOL..not really fall.its dropping on my knees in fact (now i can think of the correct word instead of fall).
I put zambuk n i did wore long pants.LOL wore pads on knees..wahahah..

Eh.. Probably u really should wear Pads on your knees...
I think kotex maxi night safe should be thick enough to protect your knees.
Buy those with wings one... then will stay in place...

LOL!!!maxi night safe.LOL dont worry.aus hv some super duper thick pads.wahha..but how long can it last?the wings not long enough to wrap around my knees.hv to put lots of bands.LOL

Ohmygosh!!! What's this D-class? Dancing??? Whatever it is... it seems dangerous!!! The others are right - you need better protection!!! Hope it's not too painful...

LOL!yes dance class.we need to drop to the floor for some moves.maybe i drop too hard cos trying to catch up with the rythmn.yes i might need it cos now my knee bones does hurt a bit.Thx for concern.
